Publication Rights

2. Authors retain the copyright to their works and may publish them elsewhere after publication with Surya Multidisciplinary Book Publication, provided proper acknowledgment is given.
Editing
1. Surya Multidisciplinary Book Publication reserves the right to edit manuscripts for grammar, style, and formatting purposes.
2. Authors will be consulted for significant changes, but Surya Multidisciplinary Book Publication has the final say on all edits.
Royalties and Payments
1. Authors will receive royalties based on the sales of their books as per the agreed terms.
2. Royalty payments will be made periodically as outlined in the author agreement.
Copyright Infringement
Surya Multidisciplinary Book Publication takes copyright infringement seriously. If any copyright infringement issues arise regarding submitted manuscripts, the author(s) will be held solely responsible.
Indemnification
Authors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Surya Multidisciplinary Book Publication from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their submissions.
Termination
Surya Multidisciplinary Book Publication reserves the right to terminate any agreement with an author at its discretion, without prior notice, if the author breaches these terms and conditions.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Modification of Terms
Surya Multidisciplinary Book Publication reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
